This notice explains how Seeker Estates ("we") uses personal data collected through this website, under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Details you send us through our forms: name, email, phone, property postcode and your message.
- Booking details, which are processed by our booking partner when you book through our booking pages.
- If you accept cookies: analytics and advertising data (pages visited, device, approximate location, ad clicks) via Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide an appraisal or quote (our legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
- To manage your stay or management agreement (contract).
- To measure and improve our website and advertising (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Maps
Our map of homes loads map images from OpenStreetMap when you scroll to it. Like any website, their servers receive your IP address to deliver the images. See the OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
Cookies
We only set analytics and advertising cookies after you click "Accept". To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and you'll be asked again.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking or agreement are deleted after 24 months. Booking and contract records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email corentin@seekerestates.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
