How long can I stay?
From one month to around six months. Tell us your dates and we'll confirm availability and a monthly price.
What's included in the monthly price?
The furnished home, utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax. Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be added.
Can my company pay and get an invoice?
Yes. We invoice companies, relocation agents and insurers directly.
Is this a tenancy?
No. Mid-term stays are furnished accommodation for people living temporarily in London, for work, relocation, study or while their own home is unavailable. We'll confirm the right agreement for your situation.
