Fully managed is 15% of booking revenue + VAT, with no set-up fee. Mid-term-only management is 12% + VAT. Guaranteed rent has no fee at all: you receive a fixed monthly rent. Full details are on our pricing page.
Who pays for cleaning, utilities and repairs?
Guests pay a cleaning fee on each short stay, which covers turnover cleaning and fresh linen. On the managed plans the owner covers utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax, and repairs beyond small fixes are agreed with you first. On guaranteed rent, we cover the running costs.
Is there a minimum term?
The initial agreement is 12 months, then 60 days notice either side. Guaranteed rent terms run from 1 to 5 years.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, with a statement showing every booking, our fee and any costs. Guaranteed rent is paid on the same date every month.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Our fee, VAT, and costs at cost with receipts. Nothing else.
